This is a one off session specially created for you to come along and share your birth experience, to meet others and to reflect back over you labour.

There is also an opportunity to discuss any problems that you may be experiencing as a 'new' mum or dad; sharing with others and gaining advice.

These sessions are held on a Saturday morning from 10am - 12pm.

Refreshments included.

The cost is only £20 per couple.
